VALUEDESIGN
Do we know what matters, do we all understand what it means, and does it show up in what we do?
Value Design is about seeing what’s possible when an organisation moves as one. It starts with a simple question: what value do we want to create, with and for the world?
And then makes that value meaningful in the choices we make every day.
We bring people and purpose together around what matters most through one simple, unifying and inspiring strategic idea — one that guides business, brand and behaviour.
Where value is created, expressed and lived.
Because when people understand what they are contributing to, and why it matters, they have more freedom to think, create, collaborate and act.
When what an organisation believes, says, creates and does all connects, it becomes more coherent — inside and out. People can see themselves in what the organisation stands for, customers can recognise it in what the organisation does, and the organisation becomes stronger and more credible because the two are connected.
That coherence creates the conditions for more value to be created — for the organisation, for its customers, for its people and for the world, for the benefit of all.
Value and values
Organisations often treat values and value as two separate concerns. Values belong to culture: the things we put on posters, the commitments we make in an annual report, the principles that express what we believe matters. Value belongs to economics: revenue, growth, return and the outcomes we create. But they are not separate.
They are the same thing, seen from different angles. What an organisation values shapes the value it creates. And the value it creates reveals what it truly values. Value Design brings these together — so what matters to us can become meaningful to everyone, and can show up in what we create, what we express and what we do.
